The world’s finest ceramic! The fluoride removal media is the same mineral that rubies and sapphires (corundum) are made from, in crystalline form. The process ‘selective adsorption’ is a physical/ chemical reaction whereby the fluoride ions are removed by binding to the media’s oxidised surface. This highly porous media has a large surface area of 200meter² per gram for optimal filtration.

This single ceramic gravity candle is a highly efficient ceramic sub micron filter suitable to remove unwanted contaminants from any water supply. It is great for both treated or untreated water.
***Please remember to rinse these filters and give them a light rub with a new Scotch Bright scouring pad to dislodge any leftover manufacturing dust before installation. Then run 2 cycles of water through the unit before drinking.***
